Noventario Media B.V. (hereinafter 'Noventario') values the protection of your personal data. In this policy we explain which data we collect, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Which data we process
When you sign up for the Eco Newsletter we process your name and email address. In addition we record limited technical data (IP address, browser type) for the operation and security of the platform.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to send the weekly editorial newsletter, for statistical analysis of reading behaviour in aggregated form, and to safeguard the security of the platform.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by sending a message to redactie@noventario.com.
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter, and for a maximum of 24 months after unsubscribing for administrative purposes. After that, the data is destroyed.
6. Sharing with third parties
Noventario does not sell data. For the dispatch of the newsletter we cooperate with a European processor located within the European Economic Area. A data-processing agreement has been concluded with this party.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Send your request to redactie@noventario.com. If you disagree with our response, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The most recent version is always available on this page. Significant changes are announced in advance in the newsletter.
